Family is very important to me, as well as helping others who need the support in all aspects of life. I put my heart and soul into providing a safe and welcoming environment for individuals. As a therapist I thrive in working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. I am fond of using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, trauma informed therapy, and psychotherapy. As humans, we all have fears, experiences, and traumas that we are afraid to face. Yet, we don't have to face them alone.
