I know that in this fast-paced society, we feel disconnected and confused about what we are supposed to do, how we are supposed to feel, and who we are supposed to be. I foster a safe space for people looking to connect with themselves and others. I hope that by working with me you start to feel a sense of belonging and a desire to grow. I enjoy working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
