As the office manager at Graceful Therapy, I strive to make the administrative side of your appointments as smooth and simple as possible. Based on my own experiences of seeking therapy, I know there can be a lot of unknowns when it comes to setting up that first appointment for yourself or a family member -- will insurance cover the cost? Will I have a connection with my clinician? What should I expect during the first appointment? I am here to answer all those questions and more!
