Chief Operating Officer

Nikki says, "Reaching out for therapy can be an overwhelming process, but it doesn't have to be. As the office manager at Graceful Therapy, I strive to make the administrative side of your appointments as smooth and simple as possible. Based on my own experiences of seeking therapy, I know there can be a lot of unknowns when it comes to setting up that first appointment for yourself or a family member -- will insurance cover the cost? Will I have a connection with my clinician? What should I expect during the first appointment?  I am here to answer all those questions and more! I feel like therapy is an empowering tool to help us overcome obstacles in our lives and achieve the best versions of ourselves. I am happy to be here to help get you started on that journey."

My sister-in-law had a dream to start her own practice 5 years ago, and I've been able to watch it grow & evolve, while rooting her on from the sidelines. I am honored to now be a part of the culture and environment Kate helps create here at Graceful Therapy, and I love that I get to share that with you all through marketing. I am passionate about helping Graceful Therapy tell its story, because I believe in making mental health services more accessible."
