Stephanie says: "Throughout our lives, we all experience life changing events that can feel manageable, or at times challenging and complex. When coping with these changes no longer feels manageable, the best thing we can do is reach out for help. As your therapist, I will work with you to navigate life's challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, effectively manage difficult emotions, and establish life-long skills. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to support and encourage you through your difficult times. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to help you develop insight and utilize the resources already within you. As a BIPOC identifying therapist, I bring a wealth of experience and understanding into the therapeutic relationship. I am a strong ally and advocate for underrepresented groups and am determined to help make the world a better place, one conversation at a time. I look forward to meeting you!"
