Viviana says, “My passion is connecting with people, especially those from different backgrounds and experiences. I moved to the United States 23 years ago and have worked as a bilingual Spanish counselor in Illinois for 9 years. I understand how important it is for clients to receive the support that destigmatizes mental illness in their community. I love creating bridges with individuals on a professional level by supporting, educating, and guiding clients in their journey. I am dedicated to creating and building relationships that support individuals striving to achieve higher levels of self-awareness, functioning, and empowerment. My work history includes outpatient mental health services, schools, and hospital settings. My objective is to help clients in their journey to foster healthy relationships that improve their lives and the lives of those around them. My greatest hope is that the non-judgmental space I provide allows my clients to be empowered in their own treatment to reach their goals.”
