Gaby's take:  "Life is tough and beautiful, and so are you. We all experience times in our life that are positive, but we all also experience seasons that are difficult and hard to navigate. I believe therapy is a tool to help you explore different ways that work for you and for your healing and growth. We all deserve compassion when navigating through challenging life circumstances. It is important we nurture our whole selves, and I would love to provide the space for you to do so.

I have experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students in the school setting. I have a special place in my heart for working with adolescents as they navigate self-discovery during that time of their life. I am also passionate about working with women in the perinatal/postpartum period. We all have a story to tell and everyone deserves love and compassion— especially self-love and self-compassion. It is my privilege to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you know that you are worth it."
