Very real and important discoveries occur in session when we allow the non-verbal parts of our brain to share what is being stored. Art Therapy may provide the cathartic experience your brain needs to release yourself of traumatic memories and stressors. By distancing ourselves from problems, we can reflect on what this problem really looks, sounds, and feels like and remind of us of the power we often forget we have.
