About the event
Just Goat With It is a 90-minute mindfulness workshop hosted at Graceful Therapy, with the help of our friends from Blue Sky Farms and their adorable baby goats. Offered in two age-based sessions—one for elementary-aged kids and one for middle and high schoolers—participants will explore grounding and calming strategies through guided activities and gentle animal-assisted experiences. Kids and teens will practice mindfulness, emotional regulation, and stress relief in a playful, supportive environment. Because sometimes the best way to calm your nervous system… is to just goat with it. 🐐💛
THIS IS A DROP-OFF EVENT. Parents or guardians are not allowed to stay!!
