Join us for Jam Out This Summer, a special event where music meets mental wellness! In collaboration with School of Rock Oswego, this unique experience features a compassionate and practical presentation on anxiety and stage frightled by Lucas from Graceful Therapy. Learn how to manage nerves, boost confidence, and embrace the spotlight—whether you're new to performing or a seasoned musician.
After the talk, stick around for a supportive Open Mic Session, where you can put those skills into practice in a low-pressure, grace-filled environment. Whether you're ready to sing your heart out or just want to cheer on others, there's space for everyone.
This workshop is for teens 12-18.
