Rachel says: "I believe everyone has the ability to change their coping mechanisms and behaviors when faced with a struggle. I am passionate about advocating for individuals and I provide a space of compassion and humor. My focus with clients includes applying evidence-based practices and embracing that we are all continuously learning from one another. In my free time I enjoy adventures with family and friends and being active outdoors. It is my privilege to help support any individual on their mental health journey."
