At Graceful Therapy, we believe in doing this work together. Yes, we’re a group practice—but more than that, we’re a community built on shared values: Grace, Community, Inclusion, Authenticity, and Compassion. We’re not here to chase numbers or hustle for profit—we’re here to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and each other. When team members move on to new adventures, we celebrate them with full hearts and open hands. And as we grow, we’re thoughtful about who joins us next. We’re looking for clinicians who are not only gifted in their craft, but who also bring warmth, empathy, and a deep belief in healing as a communal act. If you’re searching for a place where you can show up as your full self, do powerful clinical work, and be part of something bigger than just a job—we’d love to meet you.
