Crafty Minds, Calm Vibes is a 90-minute creative coping group for kids ages 8–12 designed to support emotional regulation through hands-on crafting. I mean, hands-on fun 😉. Participants will use simple crafting projects to explore calming strategies, manage big feelings, and practice mindfulness in an age-appropriate, engaging way. Along the way, kids will build patience, focus, and self-expression—learning coping tools they can take with them well beyond the craft table. No art experience required, just curious minds.
