Raven says, "The power to heal is embedded in each of us, even in times when healing seems so unreachable. Counseling provides us with a roadmap to access our strengths, self compassion and vulnerability. I believe in creating an environment that is centered on trust, understanding, warmth and awareness. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to increase coping skills, self-awareness, self-efficacy and the act of being present. I use an integrative style that is composed of Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential and Narrative techniques. I am competent in working with concerns such as career issues/transitioning, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, emotional regulation within ADHD, BIPOC issues, Women’s issues, Immigrant identity dynamics, LGBTQ advocacy, and work/life balance. I am thrilled to partner with you and provide the necessary support to achieve your therapeutic goals."
